Vendor Space, as available, may be reserved by receipt of both the signed contract AND deposit payment in full. By submitting this form, you are in agreement to your commitment to pay the fee(s) below, within 7 days.

FRIDAY SET-UP: 2- 5 PM (MUST be out by 5 PM). Please let the vendor coordinator know if you will NOT be setting up on Friday.

SATURDAY SET-UP: 7:30-9 AM
SHOW HOURS: Saturday 9 AM – 4 PM; Sunday 9 AM – 4 PM (must be out of the hall by 6 PM on Sunday).

*Vendors fees for 2020 are $125, total amount required as deposit. Additionally, the club requests vendor donates an item for show contests – exhibitor prize. Coupons redeemable for merchandise are acceptable.

*Vendors must confine themselves to their assigned space. No relocation or set-up during show hours permitted. No loading or unloading will be allowed during the scheduled show hours.

*Vendors are solely responsible for payment of any required sales taxes.

*Vendors must be self-insured against breakage, lost or stolen items. Showhall will be secured Friday & Saturday nights.

*Electricity if required is an extra $25 fee per space You must bring your own extension cord(s) to use.

*Tables are NOT draped. Vendors must bring their own coverings.

*Coffee & donuts will be available for purchase each morning. A lunch offering each day will be available for purchase.

*In the case of an NSF check, you will be charged a $45 fee.

*No refunds for failure to attend/vend.

*SPACE SIZE IS APPROXIMATE. 9 x 10, additional space available for purchase

*$25 entry discount for vendors who enter a cat in the show.
